It's not just about our foundation

The journey is more than about a foundation issue that has increased maintenance and caused cosmetic blemishes in a sanctuary. This journey is about fixing the foundation in the sanctuary to enable us to minimize maintenance and maximize our focus on ministry to help others build their lives on the sure foundation of Christ and the Gospel (Luke 6:49).

IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT OUR Facility

The journey is more than about a facility with cosmetic eyesores that detract from the ministry for which it was designed to be used. It is about beautifying a facility that honors God, allowing Him to do His work to bring beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:3) in the lives of people who will walk into this newly-renovated sanctuary and be impacted through the ministry of FBC without distraction.

IT'S about our faith

Our faith is our belief in the life-changing power of the Gospel of Christ and that God desires to use us to Impact Tomorrow Today. How does God want to use you and exercise your faith? What part of this journey will you have? This may be a crisis of belief for some, but our prayer should be as the apostles in Luke 17:5 - Lord, "increase our faith." As we embark together, may our faith be increased!

IT'S about the future

We can leave an imprint for Christ on the next generation. Our theme verses challenge us: "They will come and declare His righteousness to a people who will be born, that He has done this" (Psalm 22:31). This journey is bigger than one person or generation; it is about the promotion of the Gospel. We can impact the next generation so they can look back and say that the Lord has done this.
